Villa Grimiti is a peacefully located holiday home with stunning views of the Ionian Sea and the mountains. You will completely unwind in this modern, spacious house with 4 bedrooms.
Villa Grimiti has two floors. The ground floor comprises the entrance hall, the living room, the kitchen, a toilet and a laundry room. French doors open directly onto the terrace.
The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Most rooms have direct access to the balcony with sea views. The private grounds cover 2.5 hectares.
Villa Grimiti is ideal for working remotely: the living room has a furnished workspace. Staying a month or longer, for a workation for example? Then ask Eric and Wil about the special offer.

Conditions
- You pay per night. The price per night is shown in the calendar.
- The minimum stay is 3 nights.
- The only extra cost is a cleaning fee of € 75 per stay.
- The villas are closed every year from late October until Easter.
- The changeover day is Saturday; other days are possible.
- Arrival after 4 pm, departure before 10 am.
- Staying a month or longer, for a workation for example? Eric and Wil will be happy to make you a special offer.
A booking request is without obligation. After your request you will receive a rental contract by email. The booking is final once we have received the signed rental contract and a deposit of 1/3 of the rental price.
There is no online booking or payment.
