Villa Gabellotti is a quietly located holiday home for 4 guests. This spacious house with characteristic features, a veranda across the full width of the house and a beautiful enclosed tropical garden of 2,500 m² offers great comfort and tranquillity.
Villa Gabellotti is all on one level. The large veranda gives access to the living and dining room, the open kitchen, the bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
On the left of the terrace is a large authentic pizza oven, and on the right a garage. Behind the house you will find an outdoor shower, a barbecue, an extra toilet and a sauna.

Conditions
- You pay per night. The price per night is shown in the calendar.
- The minimum stay is 3 nights.
- The only extra cost is a cleaning fee of € 75 per stay.
- The villas are closed every year from late October until Easter.
- The changeover day is Saturday; other days are possible.
- Arrival after 4 pm, departure before 10 am.
A booking request is without obligation. After your request you will receive a rental contract by email. The booking is final once we have received the signed rental contract and a deposit of 1/3 of the rental price.
There is no online booking or payment.
